Preparing for Carnival Party !!

I feel like I'm in Momzilla/Planner mode. I have 2 weeks to finish up on everything. This party has been a major DIY project. The first thing I started to build was a ticket booth .., 

Project is almost complete .. 

Just need to add the word " Tickets " and a sign on the front ...

Masters Graduation Party !!

Two wonderful ladies had the honor of graduating from Strayer University Masters  Program in December 2012 !! 

The graduates were planning a Day Party to celebrate... 

They wanted something different and fun at the party, what great idea would it be to add a photo booth! 

While searching the web for photo booth prices, they noticed the prices were extremely expensive. 

Temira, (co owner of www.cakesbypreciousjewel.com) and blog author decided to take on a project and build a photo booth for the event. 

No one believed it could be done .. 

Weeks & Weeks of researching !! 

And the frame was coming along... More researching and the project was complete .. 

Finished product at the party !! Guests loved the photo booth.

Spiderman Party !!

One lucky kid named Gregory who loves Spiderman had an awesome party. The party was on June 8, 2013. Gregory and his friends enjoyed theirselves playing games while anxiously waiting for SpiddyMan to visit.

Princess Party !!!

I was asked to make a cake for a princess party. The birthday girl chose a 2-tier pillow cake with a princess crown on top. She chose pink, purple, and blue for the colors. It was my first time making a pillow cake but my sister/partner gave me lots of tips to make it. The birthday girl also wanted 2-dozen cookie favors. The cookies were 12 High heel shoes and 12 princess dresses. The cake and cookies were fun to make and the birthday girl enjoyed them.
