I'm Back!!!

Hey guys, it's been a while but I'm back!!!! I've been busy planning and learning so much!! Can't wait to update you guys!! :)

HADYN INTERNATIONAL-Hadyn's 2nd Birthday!

Hey Guys, I know its well over due but i have the pictures back from my son's 2nd birthday party. Just a recap, I decided to combine all the things Hadyn like with the colors blue, green, and gray chevron of this party. The theme "Hadyn International" included boats, planes, trains, and travel. It started out with just the boats, planes, and trains but quickly turned into a travel theme as the planning went on. I am so in love with chevron that it was a must at this party. I started gathering my ideas and figured I would have the children visit different places. The places the children visited were Paris, Orlando, China, Jamaica, and Hawaii. 

The Party food matched the theme. Each destination had a food item to go along with it. 

 The Guest arrived at the party and checked in. They were able to get their passports and wings for their first traveling experience with Hadyn International. We used a label maker to put each guest name on their wing name tag. The wing name tags and passports were purchased from Oriental Trading.

 The party activities were outlined at each table setting on an Itinerary. 

 I really hate seeing parties where there are NO ACTIVITIES for the children. Children should be entertained at a party and have lots of fun. The activities included sand art, a trampoline, a ride on train, a ride on airplane, build a plane, build a boat, paint a plane, paint a boat, paint a train and a magician. The magician was awesome. I hired Willy Woo Woo and his daughter Wendy. Wendy was great with the children and kept them entertained with magic, balloon art, and animals. 

I couldn't decide if i wanted the place set up like an airport or a train station ??? So... I combined the 2!!!

I created a large LED lit board that outlined the Arrivals and Departures for the train station!!

Then a First Class Lounge for the MCO (Orlando) Airport. The "Ray of Sunshine" hung over the Lounge Area! The balloons were done by Couture Decor Baltimore. The balloon work was amazing..

Upcoming Parties

Hey Guys, im in the middle of planning 2 parties (Minnie Mouse First Birthday Party & Sweet Sixteen Party) of course i'm busy looking on pinterest for ideas. I want the parties to be very unique. The Sweet Sixteen Party will be red, white, black,& leopard print and the Minnie Party will be Pink Polka dot. Ill post pics as I get things together.

Shot Glass Seating Chart

Hey Everyone, so glad this idea turned out exactly how i wanted it to. Saw the idea on a wedding instagram post and tweeked it just a bit. It didnt take too long making the personalized shot glasses. Once the table seating was arranged, the table numbers were added to the glasses so each wedding guest could find their way to their seats. It was a great idea and also a party favor.

Hey Guys ... ive been working on a party themed " Hadyn International." My son is turning 2 and what great way to incorporate the things he love "Boats, planes, and trains." The party started as just boats, planes, and trains but then the event planner light bulb went off and i added a twist to the theme. We will be traveling to different destinations on boats, planes, and trains. What a cool idea? huh! The kids will receive passports etc .. go through a cruise entrance to an airport check in and then a train station to ride on a train! .... for some reason all i see is lights in my vision for the party so i decided to have the candy buffet sign light up.. i search Pinterest and etsy (my fav sites) for ideas .. Came across Marquee Signs and the idea to my head to create one... it saved me over $200 making the sign myself.. took less than 2 hours to make .. here's a sneek peek ... more party pics coming soon!

Super Hero Carnival!!

Hey Guys !! It's been awhile.. 

I've been working on different projects so I'll be posting some pictures soon. 

We are planning another carnival party .. Yes I know .. We love carnivals ... This carnival party theme is Superheros !! Can't wait to work on all the projects!

First thing I made were invitations!!

I wanted them to be different but also match the theme.. 

I used card stock paper to make invitation folders 

The super hero colors are Red, Yellow, blue, and black!

I designed the invitations, printed and cut them!!

This is what I came up with as the final invitations!!

All packaged and ready to go!

Baby Diaper invitation and shoe favor !!

Hey guys .. I've been looking around for unique baby shower ideas to put in my portfolio and found some super cute baby diaper invitations. I couldn't wait to give them a try !! I had some paper left over and decided to try the invitations and design a shoe favor to match. Here's what I came up with!
